Buenos Aires stocks move up slightly

Buenos Aires stocks moved up, with the Merval benchmark stock index increasing by 0.6 percent, to 2,966.99 points. Argentina's country-risk fell by 4.2% to 706 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.

The American currency traded for AR$4.145/AR$4.185, remaining unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
