CFK calls Macri to congratulate him

While giving his concession speech, Kirchnerite Daniel Filmus said that President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner had called reelected Mayor Mauricio Macri in order to congratulate him.

Filmus’ announcement came as a surprise since no official results had been released yet.
