Argentina wins in debut at U20 World Cup
Argentina’s national football team defeated Mexico 1-0 with a goal netted by Erik Lamela in its debut at the U-20 World Cup played in Colombia.
Lamela netted the only goal of the match at 70’ in the match held at the Atanasio Girardot Stadium in Medellín city.
Argentina currently leads the Group F with three points, followed by England and North Korea who drew 0-0 with one point, and Mexico with 0 points.
In the second match for the group, Argentina will face England, and Mexico will face North Korea on Monday at the same stadium in Medellín.
