'Criminality rate drops 12.5%,' Casal says

Buenos Aires Province Security Minister Ricardo Casal announced that the criminality rate dropped 12.5 percent during the first semester of the year.

Casal announced that the Buenos Aires province General Attorney’s office will publish security statistics of the year’s first six months, which show that criminality rate in Buenos Aires province dropped 12.5 percent in comparison to 2010.
