'I don't regret dropping my presidential bid' Macri

Mayor Mauricio Macri said that he "doesn't regret dropping" his presidential bid, after seeing the support he received in the City's first round and the surprising performance that PRO candidate Miguel Del Sel had in Sunday's Santa Fe province gubernatorial elections, in which he ended up in second place.

Regarding the upcoming presidential elections, the PRO leader said that the center-right party has yet to decide which candidate it will support."We will try to sit down and talk with all presidential candidates and listen their proposals," and then decide who shall the PRO party will support in the upcoming elections.

“I will try to sit down and see if they have the calling to tell what place they think for the City, what are their thoughts regarding the City’s autonomy, how they think Argentina and then we will be able to tell you whom will PRO support,” Macr said in a press conference in the City neighbourhood of Palermo.
