Merval slightly higher
Merval benchmark stock index increased slightly by 0.3 percent, to 3,335.56 points. Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 1.1% to 614 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The American currency traded for AR$4.16/AR$4.12, increased a cent compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
