Colom expresses consternation over Cabral’s death to CKF
Colom later stated that CFK was also very moved by the singer’s death and asked to be updated on the latest developments regarding the murder.
Alvaro Colom, Guatemala’s president, called his Argentinean counterpart Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner to express his sentiments over the assassination of La Plata native singer, Facundo Cabral, ambushed this morning at Guatemala City.
According to the mandate, the incident was a “well planned ambush.” He reported that “concrete facts show that it was a well setup attack with the participation of at least three cars.”
Colom told CFK “ all tools to shed light on the incident are available.” Colom later stated that CFK was also very moved by the singer’s death and asked to be updated on the latest developments regarding the murder.
