CFK: ‘We fight for a second independence: self determination’
President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner said today, during the celebration festivities of nations’ 195th declaration of independence “Argentina fights for a second independence, an economy which allows self determination and a national decision making process.”
The mandate is in San Miguel to host the 195th anniversary of the countries´ declaration of independence. The mandate is expected to stay at the province for four hours. Later on, she will inaugurate the new “C” terminal of Buenos Aires international airport Ezeiza.
She also criticized big corporations with what she called “unscrupulous ambitions” and asked the youth “to join the political life.” President Cristina said in addition there are new “battles to be fought to rebuild the stricken economy” and thanked later Nestor Kirchner “for being excited over things other said were impossible.”
Referring to the August 14th primaries, CFK remarked that “no matter who you vote, the important thing is to be present. From now on, Argentines decide and not political bureaucracies.”
CFK IS accompanied by the cabinet ministers and province governor José Alperovich.
