Merval edges up
The panel of leading stocks index rose 0.9 percent, to 3,461.75 points. Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk rose by 1.2 percent to 572 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The American currency traded for $4.105/$4.145 pesos, remaining unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
