'We are eager to win against Colombia,' Agüero
Forward Sergio Agüero, who scored the goal that allowed Argentina to tie with Bolivia in the inaugural match of the Copa America, said the national squad “is eager to win" the next match against Colombia on Wednesday, because “ the first place on the group is very important.”
“It was good that we could score a goal, but the team left wanting a victory,” Aguero said during a press conference. “I’m really lucky that I got to play considering the forwards (Ezequiel Lavezzi, Carlos Tévez and none other than Lionel Messi) the team has. Even if it is only for 10 of 15 minutes, I will give my best for the team,” he added.
Argentina and Colombia will play on Wednesday, for the second round of Group A.
