Merval edges up
The panel of leading stocks index increased by 1 percent, to 3,396.00 points. Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell by 2.1% to 556 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The American currency traded for AR$4.14/AR$4.095, remaining unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
