CFK injures forehead, receives two stitches

President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner took a stumble and injured her head while greeting people after leading a rally at the Leloir Institute, and was taken to the Otamendi clinic, where she was subjected to preventive tests and received two stitches. She was told to spend Thursday at the Olivos presidential residence.
The President allegedly slipped and bumped her forehead against a camara, thus hurting herself, in a similar incident that occurred the late President Néstor Kirchner’ took office and got hurt after greeting a fan, in May 2003.
