Merval edges down

The panel of leading stocks index dropped by 0.3 percent, to 3,235 points. Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk rose by 4.7 percent to 625 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.

The US dollar traded for $4.085/$4.13 pesos, remaining unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
