Merval closes higher
The panel of leading stocks index increased by 2 percent, to 3,265.62 points. Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk dropped by 2.8% to 579 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The US currency traded for AR$4.13/AR$4.08, remaining unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureau de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
