Independent journalism arrives to TV

In the midst of an electoral year, the Ámbito Group presents, "Ámbito de Debate," a space for reflection over top political and economic affairs that currently preside over Argentina. The cycle, which will be presented by journalists Guillermo Laborda and Guillermo Kohan, will be shown every Thursday at 11pm on Channel 26.

The programme will show live reports of high-profile political and economic figures, exclusive reports, and in-depth analysis by our specialists covering topics of national importance. In addition to this, connection with current news reporting on Ambito.com and Ámbito Financiero will be in place to inform viewers of the most important news and information, including what will make headline news for the following day.

"Ámbito de Debate" will also promote the discussion topic of the week through viewers and reader participation polls. News previews will also be provided from the printed edition.

There will be room for discussion over investment opportunities, with the juiciest economic and finance scoops, providing expert analysis from the newspaper’s finance journalists.

Furthermore, recommendations for enjoying the best film releases, theatre and arts will be provided our newspaper critics.

"Ámbito de Debate" will provide a space for serious and professional journalism, where each week the local political and economic agenda will be analyzed in depth, during a key political year in which the next president is to be elected.
