Merval moves up
The panel of leading stocks index increased by 0.06 percent, to 3,270.68 points.Yesterday it fell for the fifth consecutive time, dropping by 4 percent.
Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk rose by 2.21 percent to 600 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The US currency trades for $4.075/$4.12 pesos, remains unchanged compared to the previous closing price in the main banks and bureaux de change in Buenos Aires downtown.
The panel of Brazilian leading stocks index Bovespa edged up 0.19 percent to 64,219.72 points.
