Seven police officers summoned to testify in Mariano Ferreyra's murder case
Judge Susana Wilma López summoned seven Federal Police officers to testify within the probe into Worker’s Party member Mariano Ferreyra’s murder in October 20th, 2010.
The seven police officers are accused of liberating the area in the Barracas neighbourhood to enable the acting of the gang that eventually killed Ferreyra.
10 people are indicted for the murder, including Railway Union head José Pedraza and his second-in-command Juan Carlos González.
Yesterday, a prosecutor for the case requested that the ten indicted people are subjected to trial for murder.
Ferreyra was murdered admist a fight between outsourced Roca train line workers and members of the Railway Union.
