Chubut: VF appeals ruling against complementary elections

Chubut’s Victory Front Alliance appealed the Electoral Court’s ruling against complementary elections for the six anulled ballot boxes of the election held on March 20.

The appeal was presented before the High Court of Justice and sources said that the final decision will be announced within the next ten days.

The representatives of the Victory Front presented the appeal after the resolution announced on Wednesday by the members of the electoral justice, and called for the complementary elections of the anulled polling stations for the categories of Governor and Vice-Governor, provincial lawmakers, Puerto Madryn’s Mayor and Deputy Mayor, Camarones’ Mayor and Comodoro Rivadavia’s town councillor.
