CGT claim they've 'the right' to hold director positions in private companies

The CGT Labour Confederation expressed their intention to take part in directorate boards in the private companies the State re-evaluated share capital and control status of today, stating that they have “the right” to do so.

Training Secretary for the union, Juan Carlos Schmid mentioned, “we believe that we have the right to request this, however after all it is a decision which the Executive Branch of Power must take.”
