Chubut's justice ratifies annulment of second precinct
Chubut’s High Court of Justice unanimously ratified the annulment of a second precinct of the March 20 provincial election belonging to Camarones locality.
The annuled precinct is from the 1038 female polling station of Chubut’s locality. The first precinct annuled was the one belonging to Puerto Madryn’s 174.
The ruling was defined due to the amount of envelopes that were counted compared to the amount of ballots, judicial sources reported.
The ruling was signed by Judges Jorge Pfleger, José Luis Pasutti, Fernando Royer, Daniel Rebagliatti Russel and Alejandro Panizzi and also by Adrián Vergara, who subrogated Daniel Caneo.
After three weeks, the winner of the election could not be defined due to irregularities and a slight difference between the candidate of the PJ-Modelo Chubut, Martín Buzzi, and of the Victory Front, Carlos Eliceche.
