CFK avoids speaking of reelection, says her role in office is 'absolutely temporary'
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner announced that she remains committed to “expanding and institutionalizing” her political agenda, since her role in office “is absolutely temporary.”
“We’re all very individualistic and it’s hard for us to come together in order to achieve a common goal, but I trust we’re going to make it. That is my main concern while going through this temporary role. And I say this with an absolute conviction, because I think that we all come to a moment in which we have to offer the best of us,” she stated.
The president made these statements while offering a press conference in which she unveiled a new Banco Nación credit plan for farm producers.
