Vélez-Universidad Católica draw without goals

Vélez Sársfield draw 0-0 with Chile’s Universidad Católica during the match for the Group 4 of the Libertadores de América Cup and must beat Caracas in the next game in order to achieve the pre-quarter finals.

The game was held at the San Carlos de Apoquindo stadium in Santiago.

Caracas, who defeated Unión Española de Chile 2-1, had nine points, Universidad Católica has seven, Vélez six and at the bottom of the group are Unión Española with four points.
