Federal Police: 36 officers removed from posts
Thirty-six police chiefs in charge of 53 different police stations in Buenos Aires city were removed from their posts by Security Minister Nilda Garré and the Federal Police administrative body.
Sources from the ministry confirmed that the decision was made after an analysis of all of the police chiefs from the varying stations; only 17 retained their jobs.
