Three women arrested in BA City with 6 kg of cocaine
Three women were arrested while trying to board a Buquebús ship at the Buenos Aires port with six kilograms of cocaine, police sources said. Two of the women were from Uruguay and one was from Paraguay.
Officials from the baggage control areas noticed that the women had “suspicious” bulges in their pockets while they were going through the metal detectors.
Those same officials asked for Judge Claudio Bonadío’s permission to search the women, after which the cocaine was found.
Two of the detainees are 18 years old, while the third is 32. The women were trying to board the Eladia Isabel ship headed for Colonia, Uruguay.
