Boudou attends IDB Annual Meeting in Canada

Finance Minister Amado Boudou attended the first day of the 52nd Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) Annual Meeting in Calgary (Canada). The Argentine official will seek to reopen some loan lines to be allocated to Argentina by the financial institution, official sources reported.

Participants at the IBD Annual Meeting will examine the economic challenges facing Latin America and the Caribbean, the current situation in the global economy, as well as the Bank's future operations in the region.

The Argentine official is set to have a busy schedule in Calgary, including an official meetings with IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno in order to reopen some loan lines to be allocated to Argentina by the financial institution, according to official sources.

Deputy Economy Minister Roberto Feletti is also part of the official delegation.
