Six indicted in Bapro robbery case
A criminal court indicted six men in connection to the theft of the Bapro Bank Belgrano offices, in which 136 safety deposit boxes were emptied in January by at least ten people who later escaped with their contents, investigators assured.
Judge María Gabriela Lanz ordered that Héctor Esteban Marín, his wife Raquel Nahir Puñales, their son, Maximiliano Gastón Marin Puñales, Uruguayan Roberto Sudamer Pesca Hernández, Dora Haydeé Puleio and Juan Carlos Caviglio remain in protective custody.
Marín and Pesca are considered guilty of aggravated theft. According to the investigation,at least 10 people participated in the robbery, which took place in the Belgrano offices of Bapro Bank in New Year's Weekend in 2011
