Merval drops
The Merval benchmark index dropped 1.35 percent, stood at 3,382.71points. Argentina's country-risk fell 0.4 percent, reached 569 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI+ index.
The US currency traded for $4.015/$4.055 pesos, gained half a cent compared to yesterday's close in the main banks and foreign exchange houses in Buenos Aires downtown.
The Brazil's main stock market's average performance rose 0.06 percent, hit 66,948 points.
