CFK formally calls for Ordinary Sessions in Congress
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner.
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner formally announced the commencement of the schedule of sessions in Congress to begin on March 1, according to a decree published in the Official Gazette.
“The opening date for the Ordinary Sessions was established to work in line with the parliamentary year plan,” she mentioned, submitting order 163 signed by the President and Cabinet Chief Aníbal Fernández.
On the day of the opening the President will make a speech in front of the Legislative Assembly and will formally inaugurate parliamentary activity, which will be consigned to elections.
