Liaison Board might summon Amado Boudou for questioning
The Liaison Board announced that they will summon Economy Minister Amado Boudou for a hearing.
After an encounter between the heads of the Rural Society (SRA), the Agrarian Federation, Coninagro and CRA, the ruralists decided to summon Mr. Boudou to question him over what he said during the G20 meeting held in Paris, where he stated that the solution for the grains market was to increase the production.
The head of the Agrarian Federation, Eduardo Buzzi, said that “the idea is to debate and try to find the way to boost supply and production levels.”
Regarding the tense relationship with the other leaders of the board, Mr. Buzzi assured that even though they did not talk about the conflict during the encounter, “the problems exists and the relationship is not the same anymore.”
The head of the SRA, Hugo Biolcati, the leader of Coninagro, Carlos Garetto and the head of the CRA, Mario Llambías, were present in the meeting held at the headquarters of the Argentine Agrarian Federation (FAA).
