Merval edges up

The panel of leading stocks index gained 0.2 percent to 3,566,45  points

Meanwhile, the US dollar traded for $4.00/$4.04 pesos, remaining unchanged compared to yesterday’s closing price in the main banks and foreign exchange houses in Buenos Aires downtown.

The euro gained two cents and was traded at $5.39/$5.49 pesos.

The main indicator of the Brazilian stock market's average performance Bovespa gained 0.6 percent to 65,771.33 points.
