Armed men rob Recoleta restaurant, shoot patron

Three armed men entered a Recoleta restaurant an hour after midnight, emptied the cash register and shot a patron as they were escaping, authorities reported.

The robbery took place at 1:30 am in the Cilantro restaurant, located on Tomás de Anchorena 1100.

The perpetrators only fired one shot, injuring a patron, and fled the scene in an unidentified vehicle.

The Federal Police is investigating the case and is looking for further details.
