CFK highlights bilateral agreements signed in Qatar
President Cristina Fernández de Kirchner assured “we have the opportunity to take a historical step to improve our conditions” during a press conference in Doha, Qatar before heading to Turkey.
Referring to the bilateral relations between both countries, the Head of State said that “the range of opportunities is wide, we have complementary economies. We share the same visions towards the current global situation, were we need new characters and new connections.”
She added that there is a need “of applying what the history has taught the emerging countries in order to understand that, during this new era humanity is going through, we have the chance to take a huge step in life conditions.”
Fernández de Kirchner with the head of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Development, Sheikha Mozah and with the most prominent Qatari businessmen and CEO’s before heading to Turkey.
During the encounters, the President highlighted the technological development in Argentina and assured that “it’s a great moment to agree on strategies.”
There were many bilateral agreements signed in Qatar, as the investment treaty, which states that both nations are “strategic destinations.”
