Inflation hits 10.9% in 2010

The Consumer Price Index (IPC) hit 0.8 percent in December compared to the previous month and accumulated a 10.9 percent increase in 2010, according to the Indec national statistics bureau.

Wholesalers’ prices rose 0.9 in December and 14.6 percent during the year, while Construction Costs soared 2.7 percent in the last month and 19 percent in 2010.
