Merval remains unchanged as Bovespa increases slightly
The panel of leading stocks index hit 3,476.42 points, remaining unchanged compared to yesterday's closing.
Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk declines 4.8 percent to 471 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The US currency trades for $4/$3.965 pesos, remained unchanged compared to yesterday's closing price in the main banks and foreign exchange houses in Buenos Aires downtown.
The main indicator of the Brazilian stock market's average performance slightly increased 0.02 percent to 68,485.96 points.
It has increased 1 percent in December. However, it has dropped 0.3 percent so far in 2010.
