The Merval leading stocks index declined 2.8 percent to 3,289.50 points.
The peso-denominated Discount bond dropped 1.7 percent; whereas the peso-denominated Par bond 1.4 percent; Boden 2015, 1.1 percent.
Meanwhile, Argentina's country-risk fell 1 percent, stood at 493 basis points in the JP Morgan EMBI index.
The main indicator of the Brazilian stock market's average performance increases 0.6 percent to 68,402.08 points. It has zoomed 0.7 percent in December. However, it has dropped 0.5 percent so far in 2010.
Meanwhile, the US dollar climbed 0.1 percent to R$1.703 on the local spot market.
The US dollar was trading for $4/$3.965 pesos, remains unchanged compared to yesterday's close price in the main banks and foreign exchange houses in Buenos Aires downtown.
Meanwhile, the euro dropped two cents, stood at $5.31/$5.21.
