D’Elia indicted for anti-Semitic remarks

Kirchnerite social activist Luis D’Elia could face three years in jail for having made remarks against Sergio and Pablo Schoklender that a federal judge yesterday considered to have focused discriminatorily on the brothers’ Jewish origins. Judge Luis Rodríguez indicted D’Elia for having violated article 3 of a law outlawing acts of discrimination in which people “participate in an organization or carry out propaganda based on ideas of theories of racial superiority or of people of certain religions, ethnic origin or (skin) colour,” among other criteria.
