Morón: 15-year-old dies at school after being hit by stray bullet
A 15-year-old girl died today after being hit by a stray bullet at the Félix Burgos Parochial school, in the Buenos Aires district of Morón, following a shootout between police and criminals in the vicinity.
According to police reports, the tragedy occurred this morning at a school situated in Santiago Solari and Chile streets, minutes after a shooting between police officers and criminals was registered in a nearby area.

According to police reports, the bullet ricocheted off a door and was deflected towards the uncovered patio of the school.Members of the college faculty called for an ambulance, but after the vehicle was delayed they took the girl to a health centre themselves, where she died minutes later.
"She arrived at the health centre unconscious. She did not respond to CPR. She had a wound at the exact height of her heart," Morón's Health subsecretary Carlos Grillo explained later.
The Police later informed that one suspect had been arrested following the fatal shootout, while a Fiat Palio car and firearm were also seized. The man held was identified as José Luis 'Coche' Rodríguez, 25 and a Morón resident.
