Four-year old child, son of Argentine father, killed by Hamas
Daniel Tregerman, a four-year old child whose father is of Argentine origin, was killed by Hamas when a rocket fired by the organization from the Gaza strip hit Israel on Friday.
The BuenosAiresHerald.com could verify that Doron Tregerman, Daniel’s father, has both Argentine and Israeli nationalities, and that the child’s grandparents are also from Argentina.
Daniel is the first child to die from a missile fired by Hamas from the Gaza strip since the conflict sparked on July 8.
The attack hit his home in the area of Neghev while he was having lunch with his family.
Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Nenanyahu said yesterday Hamas will “pay a high price for the attack. The Israeli army and our Intelligence services will intensify their operations until the goal set since July 8 is reached.”
