Inconsolable

John and Diane Foley moved to tears as they talk to reporters outside their home in Rochester, New Hampshire, on Wednesday. Their son James Foley was abducted in November 2012 while he was covering the Syrian conflict. Islamic militants had posted a video showing Foley’s beheading on Tuesday and said they killed him because the US had launched airstrikes in northern Iraq.
