Higuaín: ‘I feel good despite not having scored’
Argentina forward Gonzalo Higuaín said he feels calm and confident in spite of not having scored any goal for the Albiceleste during the group stage.
One of the “Fab Four” together with Lionel Messi, Sergio Agüero and Angel Di María, Higuaín affirmed an attacker’s duty is also to “help the team in other ways.”
“I feel good. I will sure have some chances to score from now on,” Higuaín told reporters today during a press conference in Belo Horizonte.
The Napoli forward also talked about the upcoming last-16 match against Switzerland, saying the European team “has to be respected.”
“It’s going to be a tough match. We studied their virtues and their shortcomings,” he said.
Higuaín concluded that Argentina attackers besides Messi must improve. “This is a World Cup. We must leave everything on the field.”
