US dollar creeps up to 8.15 pesos, 'blue' higher at 11.60 pesos
The US dollar crept up half a cent to 8.15 pesos in banks and exchange offices in Buenos Aires City while greenbacks in the informal market jumped five cents to 11.60 pesos.
Yesterday, the Central Bank began the financial week buying 150 million dollars, the strongest buy this month, which boosted its reserves up by 137 million dollars, totalling 28,779 million dollars.
Market analyst estimate around 11,310.5 million dollars have been sold off by grain exporters this year, a 3.6% increase when compared to the same period in 2013.
