Taringa! probed for Borges downloads
BUENOS AIRES — An Argentine prosecutor is pursuing a criminal investigation against the owners of the social network Taringa! and another website for downloads that he says violate the intellectual property of the late writer Jorge Luis Borges. Prosecutor Ricardo Sáenz said his initial probe followed a complaint by María Kodama, the widow and only heir to the rights of one of the greatest Spanish-language writers of the 20th Century.
