Away crowds to return in City after World Cup
Security Secretary Sergio Berni has revealed today that away crowds will be able to return to football stadiums in the City of Buenos Aires after the World Cup, as “conditions are now appropriate.”
“The restrictions imposed a year ago to away crowds can be lifted. Conditions have improved and are now appropriate in the City”, Berni told reporters.
The Security Secretary added that as the situation in Buenos Aires province “is different”, restrictions "will remain."
“In Buenos Aires province police forces are needed to patrol the streets,” Berni said.
