CFK to activists: 'You are my weakness'

Thousands of pro-government activists gathered outside Parliament to support CFK.

Following her address in Parliament, President Fernádez de Kirchner showed up at the building's terrace and delivered a message to pro-government activists. See photo gallery.

"Speeches are no longer words to become realities", CFK told thousands who had gathered ealier this morning in front of the Congress to support the president as she addressed the Legislative Assembly. "You are my weakness. I see your face and I see the future and the present of our homeland", she added and urged the crowd to back the government's Precios Cuidados program to control prices.

"Watch out your pockets, don't let anyone rob you", Ms. Kirchner insisted and renewed her calls for the respect of democracy and peace in Latin America.
