Scioli: 'In 2015, we will triumph if united'

BA province Governor Daniel Scioli (L) and Victory Front MP (R) Aníbal Fernández smile at the summit of the Justicialist Party summit in the city of Santa Teresita.

Buenos Aires province Governor Daniel Scioli showed confidence in the country’s economic path questioning sectors that "thought" the Kirchnerite government "would run out of (Central Bank) reserves."

“Many have been put off side because they thought the government would be left without reserves,” Scioli said and criticized the sectors that he considered push for “the worst, the better.”

The head of Argentina’s most populated province made the statements as he attended the congress of the Justicialist Party (PJ) summit in the coastal city of Santa Teresita, a gathering he said takes place “at an convenient time, following weeks of political and economic rushes.”

“I am convinced that the best is still to come,” he told reporters and assured Argentina “has great possibilities” of growth and development.

“The continuity of the national project will happen if we are united and together as we were in 2003, 2007 and 2011. That way we will win in 2015,” the governor affirmed in reference to next year’s general elections.
