Government blasts 'unscrupulous' leaders
Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich today blasted again business leaders who according to him are “unscrupulous” for using workers to obtain subsidies. He was specifically referring to the long distance drivers union who threatened to paralyze long distance services from midnight during three days if their salary demands are not met.
In a press conference at the Government House Capitanich informed a meeting will be held today by different chambers in order to discuss the conflict and find a solution to avoid a protest that would impact on tourism amid the beginning of a new vacation fortnight.
Yesterday, the chief of staff praised a company for maintaining prices unchanged while “others” carry out “unscrupulous” and “damaging” maneuvers harming the country’s economic system.
