Capitanich pledges to debate with opposition in Congress
In his daily press briefing from the Government House, Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich said today he will attend both houses of Congress in March and April to “discuss with political leaders, particularly with the opposition.” “We will take all the documentation to discuss public policies with humility,” the cabinet chief added.
He referred to statements made yesterday by lawmaker Darío Giustozzi from the Renewal Front, who called extraordinary sessions in February to make a review of the 2014 Budget approved last year. “It would be a great pleasure to publicly debate with Giustozzi, whom I’ve known for many years. This will be at the Lower House, the first Wednesday of April,” Capitanich responded.
