The head of state was escorted by Foreign Minister Héctor Timmerman, Public Comunication Secretary Alfredo Scoccimarro and Entre Ríos Province Governor Sergio Uribarri. Also Radical Party activist Leopoldo Moreau was invited to join the official delegation that landed in the island on board the Tango 01 presidential jet.
