Sanz: “Nobody wants to repeat the failure of the Civic and Social Agreement”
During an interview with Télam news agency, Radical Party leader Ernesto Sanz affirmed that there is a “strong conviction”, regarding a new political and “progressive alternative” for 2015, and assured that they will know how to “handle the differences, because nobody wants to repeat the failure of the Civic and Social Agreement.”
With their view focused on next year’s presidential elections, politicians are trying to shape new alliances and attract people with their proposals.
Sanz -one of the possible candidates- explained that his purpose is to lead “a common political space” with the Wide Progressive Front (FAP), and other similar parties.
However, he did not reject the inclusion of sectors within the Peronist party, and in that sense he considered that “Our challenge is to build a competitive alternative with clear rules”.
In addition, he assured that one of the “golden rules” to respect will be the selection of a candidate trough an internal election.
“The failure of the Civic and Social Agreement is something that no one wants to repeat,” concluded Sanz.
