CFK sets cabinet meetings at Olivos residency
Cristina Fernández de Kirchner is expected to meet Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman and Secretary General to the presidency Oscar Parrilli this afternoon at the Olivos residency. Since October’s head surgery and a holiday rest in the Southern province of Santa Cruz, CFK has kept a low public profile with yet no official appearances since the year started.
On Monday, Ms. Kirchner gathered with Cabinet Chief Jorge Capitanich, Legal and Technical Secretary Carlos Zannini and AFSCA media watchdog head Martín Sabbatella at the Casa Rosada presidential parliament.
The last time the president came up publicly was on December 10 last year. She returned to Buenos Aires City from the province of Santa Cruz and January 9 to resume her official duties.
